Recorded in April 2019 these were a group of songs we had been playing for a short while and wanted to capture them before we found a new drummer and went in a different direction.

The songs were a mix of new and old tunes which seemed to gel very well together. Lyrics for two of the songs were taken from poems written by the unknown American Poet Kevin Baker (Napping on Love, The Morning Sun). Much credit must go to him for letting us use his words and his artwork for the album cover.

The Songs were recorded in three days beside a large fire. The album has themes of the Moon, Forest and Sun. Long walks home, Longing, Love, Trust and Death and being on horseback!
